With over 5,000 meals to package every day, your help is essential. The meals go out across Metro Atlanta to seniors and people with chronic illnesses such as diabetes, liver/renal disease, and HIV/AIDS. Your role: Portioning food alongside OH staff members and other volunteers. Packing involves portioning food into individual containers. No jewelry of any kind, no crop tops, tank tops, or shorts. If you are completing this for court, you must fill out the following form or you will be cancelled and blocked: https://forms.gle/Vgxq54yPi7yDYHQf8 Dress appropriately, per FDA Requirements. Those not in compliance will not be able to participate. Closed-toe sneakers are required. Slip-resistant shoes are suggested. (No sandals, flip-flops, or crocs) Absolutely no jewelry. No Exceptions. (This includes wedding rings, bracelets, watches, step-trackers, necklaces, earrings, nose rings, permanent jewelry, and ear gauges.) No shorts/miniskirts, tank tops, or crop tops. No headphones, earbuds, or Bluetooth earpieces. Arrive early, and at the right location. Our address is 1380 W Marietta ST NW Atlanta, GA 30318 however, the only accessible gate is on Rockdale Dr, then park on the left-hand side of the building. Please do not enter through the Front Doors or the Loading Docks as these are employee only entrances. Come through the volunteer entrance on the left-hand side of the building and sign it on the iPad in the lobby.
