Chops Lobster Bar is part of the Buckhead Life Restaurant Group, founded by Pano Karatassos in 1989 with the Chops steakhouse and expanded in 1994 with the addition of Lobster Bar. The combined concept at the Buckhead Atlanta location has earned recognition including Best Steaks from INsite Magazine and a spot on Atlanta Business Chronicle's Top 25 Restaurants list. The restaurant group is led by Co-Presidents Chef Pano I. Karatassos and Niko Karatassos, known for dark-wooded, traditional fine-dining sensibilities.
