Join us for Women of East Atlanta Connect, a warm and welcoming empowerment circle created for women to breathe, share, and grow together. This monthly gathering at the East Atlanta Library offers a safe space to talk openly about mental health, stress, self-care, career and family balance, and the everyday pressures women carry. Through conversation, reflection and community support, participants will learn simple wellness strategies, build connections, and uplift one another. Whether you're seeking encouragement, sisterhood, or a moment of peace, this group is for you. All women are welcome. East Atlanta Branch hosts this free Fulton County Library event in Atlanta, with 11:15 AM-11:45 AM, room or area: Meeting Room.
