Start your weekend off right! On the third Friday of each month, Join certified yoga instructor, Lakshmi, for an enriching yoga experience. Reduce stress, improve balance, strength and flexibility. Beginners to experienced are welcome to attend. Please come in loose, comfortable clothing and bring a water bottle and yoga mat/towel.
