About
Geek Squad is back at Central Library! Geek Squad Academy from Best Buy provides an opportunity for K-12 students ages 8-18 to develop tech skills, build self-confidence, spark creativity, and discover how technology can benefit them in their educational pursuits and in future careers. Students at Geek Squad Academy become "Junior Agents" and get hands-on experience with some of the newest and coolest technology. On June 3 and June 4, local Best Buy employees help the Junior Agents explore areas including Digital Music, Stop Motion, 3D Design, Digital Photography, Video Game Production, iRobot coding, and more. On June 5, students receive their Junior Agent Certifications. This program is for K-12 students ages 8-18. It is free and lunch will be served for registrants.
