Join us at LHTYF's Family Fun Health Fair for a day filled with activities & information to keep you and your loved ones healthy and happy. FAQ highlights: What is the LHTYF Family Fun Health Fair? The LHTYF Family Fun Health Fair is a free community event that provides health screenings, cooking demo's, fitness classes, wellness resources, and networking opportunities with wellness professionals well as healthcare providers, and organizations. Is there an age limit for health screenings? Yes, you must be age 18 to receive free health screenings. Teens 13 -17 may participate in limited health screenings if accompanied by an adult. What type of health screenings are available? There will be blood pressure screenings and cholesterol screenings. Are vendor tables available? Yes vendor tables are available. The rates for non profit organizations is $100, and for profit businesses $150. All vendor tables come with one table and two chairs. Set up is the morning of the event from 9:45AM to 10:45AM. Can my company sponsor this event? Absolutely! We are looking for sponsors to support the event and promote wellness in the community.
