Taught by a certified kids' yoga instructor. Yoga mats provided, but you can bring your own. This is a Raising Resilience program supported by the DeKalb Library Foundation. Registration opens two weeks before the class. Due to the popularity of the class, your spot will only be held for the first five minutes.
