Yes. The content is designed to be educational and engaging for teens and pre-teens, with guided conversations led by trained student leaders. 3. What can I expect during the event? Attendees will experience a screening of Me Period, participate in teen-led table discussions, and hear from community leaders during a panel on policies impacting girls’ health in Georgia. 4. Who will be facilitating the discussion and panel? Our discussion and panel will be led by experienced professionals, including a board-certified OB-GYN featured in the film and a licensed mental health clinician. Together, they bring expertise in women’s health, mental wellness, and community advocacy—creating a safe, informed, and empowering space 5. Will support be available if the content feels emotional or triggering? Yes. We recognize that conversations around health and personal experiences can be sensitive. Trained counselors will be present to provide support. We believe open dialogue is essential to driving policy change and ensuring our girls receive the support they need.
