Our in-person event is a restorative space for family caregivers to relax, recharge, learn, and connect with others and helpful resources. FAQ highlights: Am I a caregiver? You may be a caregiver even if you don’t use that term. If you regularly help a family member, friend, or loved one with things like transportation, managing appointments, daily tasks, or emotional support due to aging, illness, or disability, you are considered a caregiver. Is there a cost to attend this event? No, the event is completely FREE. Will there be food? Yes, there will be a continental breakfast and a buffet-style lunch, with snacks available throughout the day. Where do I park? Does it cost? Enjoy the convenience of the attached, multi-level parking deck with direct access to the Loudermilk Center. Parking is FREE for you and will be validated. Will there be any goodies to take home? Yes, there will be LOTS! You wouldn't want to miss it.
