Doug Hartong, Master Gardener, is an accredited judge with the American Orchid Society (for over 10 years) as well as Judging Chair for the Atlanta region. He cultivates orchids in his backyard 16 X24 greenhouse as well as on windowsills and under LED lights in his basement. He is still amazed with the variety of these wonderful plants, and he is constantly learning about them. Northeast/Spruill Oaks Branch hosts this free Fulton County Library event in Johns Creek, with 11:00 AM-12:00 PM.
