About
In honor of Asian- American Pacific Islander Heritage Month, join us for a 4-session series exploring the strategy, history, and community of American Mahjong (derived from the original Chinese game). This educational series, sponsored by the Friends of the Library in Kirkwood (F.O.L.K.), is designed to foster connection and mindfulness, guiding beginners through the fundamentals of this engaging, shared game. Space is limited and registration is required. You must commit to attending ALL 4 sessions. Registration will open on April 29, 2026. Kirkwood Branch hosts this free Fulton County Library event in Atlanta, with 4:00 PM-6:00 PM. Expect a hands-on library workshop or craft format, with supplies and participation details set by the branch. The library event page is the source for current capacity and access notes.
