Interested in starting your sourdough baking journey but not sure where to start? Join us for this class to learn more about the art of baking with sourdough including instructions for maintenance, tools you need, delicious recipes and resources, and helpful troubleshooting tips. Participants prepare their own artful garden focaccias inspired by produce from the Edible Garden and the bright, colorful sculptures displayed in the current Niki de St. Phalle exhibit. Finally, take home your own living sourdough starter to guarantee a delicious, fool-proof bake time after time. Nosh included.
