Join Tyson Sampson (Eastern Band of Cherokee Indians) and members of Bigwitch Indian Wisdom Initiative (BIWI) for an afternoon learning from two-spirit lineage holders, elders, and culture bearers of the Eastern Band of Cherokee Indian Tribe from the Qualla Boundary. Sampson, Charles Taylor, Amy Walker, and Missy Crowe will share though traditional craft, storytelling, and open, informal conversations about Indigenous identity, community, and living systems and lifeways of the Eastern Band of Cherokee Indians. Participants are invited to bring their own bag lunch. Hot coffee and tea will be provided. This program is free and open to the public. Registration is required.
