(Ages 6-12) Bring that excitement to fitness. Each week we will do different activities like Laser Tag, Capture the Flag, Tug of War, and participate in competitive sports. Children will also learn the importance of nutrition, all while burning lots of energy and calories through exercise.Registration is required. The maximum capacity is 15 participants.
