Born in Havana, Cuba, Oscar started painting at 16 years of age and is completely self-taught. He emigrated to the United States in the late 60’s with his family and ended up in Atlanta. His work has been exhibited at the Piedmont Park Arts Festival as well as various other galleries in Atlanta. Works on exhibit March 16th thru May 29, 2024. A reception is planned for April 25 at 2:00 p.m. Funded by the Dekalb Library Foundation.
