Open Your World Book Club supports the literacy skills that adults with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities need to be their best selves and attain their greatest goals. Join us as we read novels and stories with content that interests adult readers, adapted into a format that is easily understood. In May, we will finish reading "Romeo and Juliet" by William Shakespeare. “Two teenagers named Romeo and Juliet fall in love, but they have to keep it a secret because their families are enemies who always fight. After a series of mistakes, the story ends in tragedy, and the fate of the boy and girl finally teaches their families to be kind to each other.”
