The 2nd Annual HBCU Film Festival invites the Emory community and beyond to a day filled with film, culture, and community. This free, in-person event celebrates the stories, history, and creativity of Historically Black Colleges and Universities through curated short film screenings, a complimentary lunch, and festive programming including raffles and trivia. This year's festival features a special celebrity appearance by Jasmine Guy, acclaimed actress, director, and cultural icon best known for her beloved role as Whitley Gilbert on the hit television series A Different World.
