Emerson Series: Flower Music

In partnership with the Emory Chamber Music Society of Atlanta , join us in Day Hall to celebrate spring with a musical performance from the Vega Quartet, oboist Alexandra Prior and pianist Julie Coucheron. Featuring beautiful music about flowers and gardens, the evening’s program includes: “Spring” by Antonio Vivaldi, “Flower Duet” by Léo Delibes, “Gardens in the Rain” by Claude Debussy, “The Flower-Clock” by Jean Françaix and “Waltz of the Flowers” by Pyotr Ilyich Tchaikovsky. Included with Garden admission or membership.
