Spring Equinox Sound Bath: Seed Intention Ritual

Celebrate the return of light and the renewal of the natural world with a gentle Spring Equinox Sound Bath. This gathering begins with a Seed Intention Ritual, inviting participants to hold a symbolic seed infused card as they reflect on what they wish to cultivate in the season ahead. As the soothing tones of crystal and bronze singing bowls, gong and chimes fill the space, guests are guided to “plant” their intentions within themselves—mirroring the earth’s own awakening. Each participant leaves with their seed card to plant at home, carrying the energy of new beginnings into the months to come.
