INTERMEDIATE - ADVANCED POTTERY ON THE WHEEL / Bob Petersen Tuesdays from 10 AM - 1 PM March 31st - May 19th *NO CLASS 5/26 8 Weeks Class Fee: $300 Students will examine an array of wheel-thrown pottery techniques. The focus is on basic throwing skills as well as glazing, decorating, and firing. Pottery tools will be needed for class and can be purchased at Chastain. View the supply list here Chastain offers the following firing options: ^10 Gas Reduction, ^6 and ^05 Electric Oxidation and Raku Firing. • 1 25# bag of clay is included in your registration. Your bag of clay will be required to pick up during your first-class meeting. There is a $5 additional fee if you select Coleman Porcelain as your first “free” bag • Students can purchase additional clay from Chastain at $27 per 25-pound bag.
