We offer classes classes which include — mindful flow, qigong, vinyasa yoga, kundalini yoga, yin yoga, restorative yogs, meditation, sound baths, breath work, pilates, somatic work + more. Book an appointment with a Practitioner. A variety of sessions are available for appointments daily for reiki, integrative energy work, body integration work, reflexology, + more. We can host your private wellness event at the studio for your company or a group of friends. We also offer rental space for Guest Teachers to hold their private class/workshops at the studio.
